This page describes how the current SLEKON static website handles information. It is a practical notice for this website, not legal advice. The final published notice should be reviewed against the tools and processes actually used by the business.

What this website collects

The project enquiry and review forms run in your browser. When you submit either form, the website formats the details you entered into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp for you to review and send. Business Presence Check and Growth Network links also open WhatsApp with a prefilled request. This static website does not itself submit these details to a SLEKON database or store a copy of the enquiry or review.

Do not include passwords, payment-card details, sensitive personal information or confidential material in the form.

Third-party services

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and images from Unsplash. When your browser requests those resources, those providers may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own policies. When you choose to send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp/Meta processes that message under its own terms and privacy policy.

Before launch

If SLEKON adds analytics, advertising pixels, a public partner directory, embedded forms, mailing lists, a CRM or server-side storage, this notice must be updated and any legally required consent and controls implemented before those tools go live. Growth Network applicants should not send sensitive personal information in a WhatsApp message.
