How projects begin

Clear scope. Clear expectations.

Important: This is a plain-language outline, not a complete contract or legal advice. The final agreement for each project must be confirmed in writing before paid work starts.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or require either party to proceed. SLEKON will confirm availability, scope, deliverables, fees, currency, payment schedule, timing, revision rounds and any third-party costs in a written proposal or agreement.

Creative concepts

Images and concepts shown in the Image Galaxy are illustrative directions to help clients communicate preferences. They are not represented as completed client projects, client endorsements or guaranteed results. Final work may differ from inspiration examples.

Client responsibilities

Clients should provide accurate project information, timely feedback and materials they have the right to use. Any access credentials or sensitive information needed for a project should be shared only through an agreed, secure method—not through this public enquiry form.

Deliverables and rights

Ownership, usage rights, source files, licensing of stock assets and any restrictions will be described in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, photographs, software and other assets may remain subject to their own licences.

Preview, approval and payment stages

For eligible custom projects, SLEKON may first provide a limited concept preview so the client can assess the proposed creative direction before committing to the full production stage. A preview is for evaluation only; it may be low-resolution, watermarked or otherwise limited and must not be published, commercially used, edited, redistributed or presented as a final deliverable. The preview is not necessarily a complete build or a promise that every requested feature is already implemented. Any preview-first arrangement, its scope and any exceptions must be confirmed in the written quotation.

Under SLEKON’s proposed standard project schedule, after the client reviews the preview and confirms in writing that they wish to proceed, 60% of the agreed project fee is due before full production begins. The client reviews the completed work against the agreed scope and may request the included revision rounds stated in the quotation. The remaining 40% is due after approval of the final review version and before release of final, unwatermarked files, editable/source files where included, credentials or other final deliverables. For projects that cannot reasonably use a preview-first workflow, retainers, third-party costs, or milestone-based work, the quotation may specify a different schedule in writing.

The 60% payment is a project payment toward the agreed fee; it should not be described to clients as a disclosure of SLEKON’s internal cost or profit split. The quotation must state what is included, revision limits, delivery assumptions, third-party charges, cancellation/refund treatment and any additional fees. Work outside the agreed scope requires written approval of any revised fee and timeline before it begins. No payment arrangement removes any rights a client may have under applicable law.

Business Growth Network pilot

The SLEKON Business Growth Network is a proposed, curated pilot. Applying does not guarantee acceptance, a listing, a promotional placement or any particular audience reach, clicks, enquiries or sales. Free community listings, reciprocal promotion and paid placements are separate participation options. Any reciprocal exchange must be agreed in advance, including placement, duration and each party’s responsibilities. Paid placements must have a written scope and fee. SLEKON may decline or remove misleading, unlawful, unsafe or unsuitable promotions. Any public partner directory or paid advertising programme must have final rules and disclosures prepared before launch.

Reviews and public feedback

Review submissions must reflect a genuine experience and must not include unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening or confidential content. Submission does not guarantee publication. SLEKON may verify, moderate, decline or request clarification on a review. A review is not published automatically; separate consent is required before identifying details or review text are made public.
